You will need to provide us with certain information when you subscribe for the Tag Rescue Service. We collect the information to provide the online lost and found Services and to effectively communicate with you. We also collect information relating to your usage.
The personal information we collect and store about you may include: your name, contact details (including mobile phone, telephone and email) the items that you have protected with our tags. The purpose for which we generally collect and use your information include your application for the tag Rescue subscription service, providing products and delivering services to you, performing administrative functions, enhancing our products and the delivery of our services, and telling you about other products and services which we believe may interest you. We will never sell or disclose your personal information to others.
Direct Marketing Opt Out
If you do not want to receive any marketing offers you can choose to opt out of our marketing activities. To opt out you can either use the unsubscribe function from our emails or reset your preferences in the 'My Account' section of the website.
How we store personal information
We will store your personal information in a number of ways including in electronic systems and devices. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information that we have about you is protected against any unlawful use, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. While we undertake reasonable steps to protect your personal information no guarantee can be given that information sent over the internet is always 100% secure. Sending and receiving information over the Internet is at your own risk, however we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data security once we receive it.
